Weatherization specifically focuses on assisting low-income people, primarily elderly, persons with disabilities, families with children and households with high energy burdens. High energy costs are an excessive burden on low-income Americans. Weatherization alleviates this burden and improves the standard of living for these individuals and their families.
GLEAMNS Weatherization Program serves the following counties: Greenwood, Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, Saluda, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, Cherokee and Spartanburg.
